Shipping & Returns

WE CURRENTLY SHIP WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

We ship to the contiguous United States, HI and AK. Please allow extra time in transit for orders going to non-contiguous United States addresses. 

Tracking notifications will be sent when the order is processed, not shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to go live upon receipt of tracking. Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

Below are our ship methods offered:
- Orders up to $124.99 = Standard Shipping Rates Determined at time of purchase.
- Orders over $125.00 = Free Standard Shipping

Processing Times

- Orders are processed within 24-72 hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday Monday will be processed on the next business day. Time in transit does not include processing times.

Time In Transit (excluding holidays and weekend):
- Standard: 4-8 Business Days*

- 2 Day: 2 Business Days, by end of day*

- Overnight: 1 Business Days, by end of day*

*Please allow extra time in transit for HI and AK addresses 

* Please note, time in transit estimates do not include processing time. Time in transit begins once the package is handed to the carrier.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION 

kendi lux is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is picked up and scanned by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing packages, stolen packages, deliveries to be held for pickup, or for address change requests.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery, i.e. workplace or grandma's place.

If your package stops moving at any point don’t fret. It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearly customs or a new distribution center scan. Occasionally there may be weather delays or events that will cause delays, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

OUR GENERAL POLICY

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original, unused or unopened condition along with all packaging.

Please email hi@kendilux.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We require that your item is returned within 14 days of receiving your RA#.  Please note that all returns that do not meet the 14 day requirement for requesting a RA# will only be considered for online store credit/exchange and no refund will be given. Upon receiving your RA#, you have 14 days to ship your return.

If you decide to return or exchange an item(s) to kendi lux, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to kendi lux. Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 10 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

Items that appear used upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
