Can I return my item?

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly provide a refund as long as you follow the below criteria:

  • mail hi@kendilux.com within 5 days of receipt of item
  • include order number and item number you would like to return
  • item must be unused, in new condition and in original packaging
  • receive an email from customer service that provides your return authorization number
  • once return authorization number has been received, you can proceed with returning your item

Please note, we will only credit you the cost of the actual product. We cannot refund you the shipping charge(if applicable). You are responsible for shipping costs incurred to ship the return. You also assume the risk of loss if we do not receive the returned item. Please take the necessary steps to insure your return package.
